DataView (slick.model.js) is starting to get seriously wicked fast. Lots of things to do (optimize for reduce/expand on filter change; do not reevaluate filters on paging; etc.) but it is already easily supports 100'000 rows while still being fast enough to provide smooth real-time filtering in IE8 on my laptop (I'm not even talking about FF and Chrome).
- Optimized the DataView (slick.model.js) for IE8 (the slowest of the bunch; didn't test older versions).
- Updated the pager to show row count when paging is disabled.
- Updated examples 4 and 5 to use async calls on slider change.
- Updated example 4 to load 50'000 instead of 10'000. Oh yeah.
