"Fire in the hole!" - The DOCTYPE guessing is history! :-)
We now use HTML::Parser to try to extract a DOCTYPE but under no circumstances
will we try to be clever about it. If a DOCTYPE cannot be inserted in the
source document you now must use the DOCTYPE override facility "doctype=foo"
to specify one. No more guessing!
